PAUL DIZON

Principal Director

Paul holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Arts (Cultural Studies), Master of Business Administration and Graduate Certificate in Migration Law & Practice. He is an Australian Registered Migration Agent (MARA No.1067203) and a New Zealand Immigration Advisor (IAA No.201502038). With over 10 years of practice, his experience has covered all aspects of immigration law with particular success in strategic and corporate matters. Paul has appeared on Australian national television, radio and online media – he was also featured on the recent SBS documentary, “Who Gets To Stay in Australia?”

Paul is a second-generation Australian of Filipino descent.

KYLE LENNON

International Recruitment Coordinator

Kyle is our International Recruitment Coordinator from South Africa who has an unwavering optimism towards life and a strong passion for working with people. He holds a qualification in Human Resource Management and has extensive experience in the recruitment sector, honing skills in talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating job offers.

His experience in successfully placing candidates in diverse industries and roles has given him a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, allowing him to build strong relationships with candidates and clients.

He has a keen eye for identifying top talent and is proficient in utilizing various recruitment tools and technologies to streamline processes and optimise results.

MARIE MACDONALD

Applications Manager

Marie holds vocational certificates in Business & Financial Services, Education and Aged Care. She has worked across several industries in a variety of office management and administrative roles. Marie is responsible for preparing and completing client applications and file management. She is of Australian descent.

THIRZA DIZON

Cultural Liaison Program Coordinator

Thirza holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Melbourne. She has over 15 years of working in education both in Australia and overseas. Thirza has been the director of a language school in Italy and worked with councils nationwide to facilitate settlement programs for migrants.

Thirza is a second-generation Australian of Filipino descent.

SOL ESPINOSA

Marketing Associate

Sol Espinosa is a Marketing Associate at Dizon & Associates. As the initial contact point for Spanish-speaking customers, She creates a comfortable and welcoming environment for those residing in Australia or overseas who prefer to communicate in Spanish.

As a first-generation Australian of Mexican descent, Sol has first-hand experience with the language barrier that can arise when dealing with life events such as migration. Therefore, she works closely with the rest of the Dizon & Associates team to ensure all customers receive meaningful experiences. With a multi-faceted background, Sol brings respect, empathy, and understanding to every interaction.
When not working on marketing projects or building relationships with customers, Sol enjoys spending time with family, hiking, meditating, and organizing meetings within the Latin community.
