At Dizon & Associates International, we offer a unique international recruitment and visa solution package that is tailored to your needs. We incorporate an end-to-end recruitment service that sources skilled international workers, handles the migration process, and seamlessly integrates them into the Australian lifestyle and workplace culture.

Our recruitment process is simple

Our international recruitment and visa programs are tailored to meet the specific needs of your business. We work with you to understand your requirements and source the most suitable candidate to meet your needs.

Our team is experienced in navigating the complexities of international recruitment and immigration, and we ensure that all our candidates meet the necessary visa and immigration requirements to work in Australia. Our visa pathways do not require an employer sponsorship obligation.

How We Source Your International Workers

Stage 1

Vacancy Brief

We begin the recruitment process by confirming your specifications, vacancy numbers, selection criteria, timeframes, incentives, visa requirements and turnaround times. We then coordinate with our international recruitment partners and networks to advertise roles in their local country.

Stage 2

Candidate Screening & Evaluation

The next step involves our recruitment partners undertaking a comprehensive screening and interviewing process, which includes assessing skill competency, English language ability, and cultural adaptability of the candidates. Candidates are then interviewed by our recruitment team and forwarded to the employer for consideration.

Stage 3

Candidate Shortlisting & Selection

Shortlisted candidates are presented for a final interview with the employer. Employers may also request a skills demonstration and employment or qualification verification documents. Successful candidates are then offered an employment agreement.

Stage 4

Visa Application Processing

Our immigration team will coordinate with both employer and candidates to prepare all documents required for the visa application. Once the visa is approved, the parties will be notified so arrangements can be made to commence employment.

Stage 5

Pre-Departure Orientation & Deployment

The candidates complete pre-departure orientation, cultural induction, and relocation procedures before deployment. Our cultural liaison team will ensure that arrival instructions are clearly understood so that candidates can begin work as soon as possible.
