The quality of international candidates are standardised with the minimum Australian workplace and visa requirements.
Our candidates are pre-screened and interviewed for their experience, qualifications, English communication and cultural and workplace adaptability. In some instances, they can be requested to undertake a trades or skills test. It is also a requirement that all our candidates meet the visa eligibility criteria.
This is all done before they are presented to employers for final interview and selection.
